  • Acceptance of Contract – Inspections – Remove Contingencies
  • Mortgage Application – Credit Report – Appraisal – Verifications
  • Underwriting – Conditions (could be rejected if not met)
  • Loan Approval
  • Remove Contingencies
  • Title Company – Title Exam, Insurance, Title Survey
  • Assemble Documents
  • Closing – Filing of Deed
  • Possession of Keys
